National Paranormal Coalition

National Paranormal Coalition Protocols

      1.   All NPC members should conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, remembering that each of us is
representative of all of other groups associated with NPC. *Your conduct is a reflection on all of us.*

      2.   NPC is a networking tool as well as an information and support structure for our groups.   All groups are expected to
work together in a cohesive relationship, being respectful of individual group’s differences in philosophy and
methodology.   We recognize that every NPC member group has something unique to offer the Coalition.

      3.   Slander or misrepresentation of another NPC group or any of its individual members is cause for immediate dismissal
from the Coalition.   Such divisive conduct will not be tolerated.

      4.   If an issue of questionable conduct arises between groups or their prospective members that cannot be settled internally
by those groups in a timely fashion, the issue may be brought before the NPC Board of Directors.    A decision by the
Board of Directors will be final and any associated disciplinary actions will be carried out immediately.

      5.   If a group’s membership in the NPC Is revoked by reason of inappropriate conduct contrary to NPC membership
protocols, membership fees will not be refunded.   However, if a group leaves the NPC voluntarily by reasons other than
above, membership fees paid in advance may be refunded.   If a group is removed from the NPC, a subsequent vacancy on
the Board of Directors will be filled immediately by another member group representative.

      6.   Member groups are expected to submit activity reports on a quarterly basis to Commissioners.   Reports should include
the group’s activity in the community, including training meetings, workshops, field investigations, new-member
enrollment, workshops, etc.   If activity reports are not received each quarter, the group will be contacted by an NPC
Commissioner.   If, after six months, activity reports are not received, and there is no contact between the NPC and the
member group, the group will be considered inactive and will be removed from NPC membership.

      7.   A condition of "good faith" may be applied to any questionable breach of membership requirements, including non-
submittal of activity reports.   An NPC Commissioner will attempt to contact the member group and will offer aid
however necessary prior to retracting membership.

      8.   Member groups are expected to participate as much as possible in NPC-sponsored events and to be involved in both
their local and national paranormal communities.   Groups are encouraged to attend paranormal conferences and to
represent the National Paranormal Coalition professionally and knowledgably.
